BidReady

Know exactly what your bid or vendor packet requires — before you submit it.

BidReady reads vendor registration, contractor prequalification, bid, and procurement packets and turns them into a clear action plan. Upload the requirements packet to see what information you need to provide, which documents you may need to submit, and what steps the packet tells you to complete.

Already have supporting documents? Add them too and BidReady will compare those files with the requirements it found in the packet.
Understand the packet See required information, attachments, signatures, outside actions, and ambiguities.
Check your documents Compare supplied files against the packet instead of relying on filenames or guesswork.
Know what remains See missing, conditional, unclear, or potentially problematic supporting documents.

The requirements packet establishes the rules. Supporting documents are optional and are checked against those rules.

Privacy & File Handling

Your uploaded files are used to analyze this submission. BidReady does not intentionally keep uploaded files after processing; temporary local copies are deleted when processing finishes, and temporary API file uploads used for visual analysis are deleted after use.

Document content is processed using OpenAI's API. OpenAI does not use API inputs and outputs to train its models by default, but API content may be retained by OpenAI for up to 30 days under standard API data-retention practices unless a qualifying reduced-retention configuration applies.

Do not upload information you are not comfortable submitting for automated document analysis.

Add Supporting Documents (optional)

Already have files requested by the packet — such as a W-9, insurance certificate, license, registration, or other supporting material? Select them here and BidReady will compare them with the packet requirements.

Before you analyze: BidReady processes these files for this review and does not intentionally retain its temporary local copies after processing.
BidReady reports requirements stated in the primary packet and does not certify legal sufficiency, authenticity, or acceptance by the issuing organization.

Analyzing your packet...

BidReady is reading and verifying the packet requirements.
If you supplied supporting documents, they'll also be checked against those requirements.
Larger packets and supporting documents may take additional time to process.
